Brilliant service. Had problems determining when I bought the appliance - it was many years ago and the man I spoke to from customer services was just brilliant, tracing the purchase date back and the accompanying service plan.
The repair team was brilliant - absolutely brilliant. Lovely team. Can’t fault any aspect and highly recommend Miele because of their aftercare. Thank you to all concerned

Prompt service. As appliance just over a year old provided a new one at discounted price. Little frustrating but service engineer very very good.

My washing machine’s lights came up but it wouldn’t start. I phoned customer service at Miele and had a very helpful advisor take details and arranged for a home repair. He arrived as scheduled, very professional, fixed the machine and gave me really clever tips for using it, even though I have had the machine for 6 years! His expert help was very useful My thanks to them all.

I am a Miele fan, most of my appliances are Miele and the vacuum cleaners in particular are good but the quality has been deteriorating .. my Miele fridge freezer purchased in Jan 2019 couldn’t stand the heatwave … my food went off at the worst of times but Ok these things happen … so I wanted to book a technician and found the earliest is a WEEK away … who can live without a fridge for a week? To be honest, I have had issues with the fridge freezer from the outset so having read some of the reviews of people paying £250 for a technician repair … and to wait a week ?? I am ordering a new fridge freezer and it will never be a Miele again!

The Miele engineer arrived on time and quickly found the problem with the coffee maker which he fixed. Efficient, helpful and friendly.

The engineer visited to rectify a minor issue left by a the previous engineer the week before (wrong sized screw fitted). He immediately recognised what had happened and replaced the screw with the correct one. He was polite, curtious and clearly experienced. Thank you!
